Plastpol 2021 gives in to the third wave of coronavirus infections

The third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic resulting in the introduction of new restrictive measures took its toll on Plastpol 2021, whose next edition, to be held in Kielce (Poland) from May 25 to 28, has been re-scheduled to September, although the dates and duration have not been decided yet.

The event’s organiser, Targi Kielce, assures that the new dates, to be communicated as soon as possible, will be established by closely monitoring the evolution of the pandemic and the related restrictions both in Poland and in the rest of the world. However, Targi Kielce is also confident that the ongoing vaccination campaign around the world and the general sense of responsibility and compliance with the behavioural norms will allow operators to meet at the fair in total safety.

The last edition of Plastpol was held from 6 to 8 October 2020, after it had first been postponed from May because of the outbreak of the pandemic and then shortened by a day for health safety reasons when the second wave of infections was already on the horizon.
