Energy efficiency for the plastic industry

CertiNergia is an ESCo (Energy Service Company) UNI CEI 11352 certified company and part of an international group with more than thirty years of experience. Exhibiting at Plast 2015 was a vital step forward considering the solid experience the company has accumulated in the plastic industry for its more than 130 Italian clients, approximately 30% of which with operations in this sector. A number of initiatives have delivered energy savings of between 25% and 50%, including retrofitting solvent recovery systems and installing injection moulding machines, extrusion lines, regrinding systems, chillers and dryers.

Offering an integrated service throughout the energy efficiency pipeline - which includes the White Certificates incentive programme, various energy advice services, energy diagnosis in compliance with the obligations of Legislative Decree 102/2014, the Energy Management System and Energy Performance Contract - CertiNergia helps companies save at least 10% in energy consumption. It targets its efforts at large international groups which consume large amounts of power, but also at small and medium enterprises in Italy. Thanks to its highly qualified staff, the company is also able to devise custom solutions based on specific needs in all industrial settings.
