From April 1, 2019, Michael Tregner (on the left in the picture) has taken on responsibility for motan as managing director and for global motan production units as COO (Chief Operating Officer). He takes over for Ulrich Eberhardt (on the right in the picture), who retired after 40 years of service for the motan group.

Michael Tregner (52 years old) has been responsible of various manufacturing industrial companies as managing director for nearly 20 years. He is a qualified specialist for operational excellence and lean management.

“The corporate growth of the past years confronts us with new strategic and organizational challenges”, explains Sandra Füllsack, CEO of the motan group. “With Michael Tregner we have gained an outstanding expert who will advance the motan group and its development and will advance the implementation of a global production and procurement strategy”.

After a 40-year professional career with the motan group, Ulrich Eberhardt retired on March 31, 2019. Eberhardt began his career with motan on April 2, 1979. Today, he can not only look back on a diversified career with steadily increasing responsibility, but also with pride at a company that grew under his leadership.
