On September 29 and 30, CMG Granulators participates at Plastics Recycling World Expo 2021 in Essen (Germany), where presents EV916 and EV 616 models belonging to its news Evoluzione granulators range. They are solutions suitable for the most critical operating conditions in the wet or dry granulation, when the hourly output have to settle from 2,000 to 5,000 kg and versatility, efficiency, and sustainability are required.
The Evoluzione series guarantees higher degrees of operational consistency and wear resistance, thanks to construction solutions that involve the use of Hardox harmonic steel, and assembled modular structures. In addition to the precision to the hundredth of a millimetre on the construction of the new cutting chamber, which allows a much longer duration of the blades, all the Evoluzione are equipped with advanced controls, according to Industry 4.0, to make the machine functions 100% monitorable and manageable. Operating temperature, blade wear, productivity, operating efficiency, energy consumption, all functional parameters managed on the machine or remotely, with connectivity based on the OPC-UA protocol, are just some distinctive features.
