A new partnership with Manupackaging Group, which is one of the biggest players in the stretch-film market in Europe and Latin America, has been announced by Colines. Further the strategic decision to update their machine fleet, Manupackaging has chosen Colines as a supplier of two brand-new cast lines for stretch film production for its German plant. The lines are the world renowned ALLrollEX: a 3000mm 6-up line and a 1500mm 3-up line. Both have been commissioned at the end of 2020 and are now installed and running in Manupackaging production venue in Schkopau.
“Colines has been selected thanks to the highest-quality of the film performed by our lines and this is really satisfying for us. We have improved a lot our R&D activities and the result can be fully experienced by customers, as our lines offer an extreme flexibility and very high production standards”, said Eraldo Peccetti, Colines’ Executive President.
“We are proud of this new partnership for several reasons. First of all, we consider Manupackaging as a very important reference in the German market. They are a world leader Group in stretch film production since decades. We are also very satisfied with the positive and cooperative relationship established between the companies’ respective teams”, added Gabriele Peccetti, Colines’ Marketing and Communication Director and Sales Area Manager.
“We are really proud for having chosen Colines as a technology partner in this investment and we believe that this partnership can be further developed in the future: we are back to our investment path towards more sustainable and better performing products and new projects are under consideration with them. The quality of the product has been always a crucial point for us and we are aware that COLINES has the same mission in business. Our customers will soon experience a new range of sustainable films coupled with an improved service”, stated Pierfranco Di Gioia, CEO of M Stretch, Holding of Manupackaging Group.
“Colines’ technicians did a really great job. Despite the restrictions and the difficulties related to the Covid-19 pandemic, they supported us in the best way possible during whole supply and installation process: from the assembling and setting-up to the starting-up of the lines. They also realized a very useful training for our staff, which was extremely important for us”, concluded Ronny Kittler, Manupackaging Germany plant manager.
