The recovery of French foreign trade in plastics and rubber machinery still appears uncertain.
While improved with respect to the losses in the previous quarter, imports were still stagnant in January-September 2010 (compared to the same period in 2009) because of double-digit dips suffered by almost all types of machines; injection moulding machines were an exception with purchases exceeding 30 million euros, as opposed to 22 million in 2009.
