The delivery of a "pluriball" bubble wrap line by Torninova valued about 3 million euro is currently underway. According to the supplier, this plant is the largest of its kind in the world. Another distinctive feature is the fact that it is destined for an Italian processor, whereas 95% of the machines manufactured by Torninova are exported abroad.
This bubble wrap line is an ambitious project of high technological value, above all from an engineering point of view, which has also been highly appreciated in countries whose economy and manufacturing systems are more advanced than Italy's, where it has met with success. The project is a result of the ongoing commitment to research and development of Torninova whose growth has required the enlargement of the existing production premises, like the new 7,000 sq-m expansion currently under construction in Ospedalicchio (near Perugia, Italy), as well as the recent hiring of some new employees. According to the latest outlooks, the company's turnover should reach 13 million euros in 2014, with a 20% increase against 2013.
