At Plast 2015 Baruffaldi Plastic Technology officially unveiled the new design characterising its tube and profile processing machines. The company’s intention, in carrying out this “restyling”, was to develop an image that emphasises the high quality and functionality of its products. The result is a compact and solid design that underlines their qualities, in terms of safety and ergonomics, and also increases the usability of the devices for the operator.

For example, the manufacturer was thinking of its end users when it developed the new system for opening the safety panels that, together with the machine as a whole, has allowed the footprint to be considerably reduced and made it easier to access the working area: these are considerable advantages both at the start-up of the line and during maintenance activities and/or production changes. The same can be said of the additional system for protection of the moving mechanical parts that - by virtue of pneumatic devices - never protrude from the structure. Furthermore, the plants and equipment are equipped with dynamic control panels and last-generation software.
