On May 5 and 6, Negri Bossi inaugurated its new Spanish branch in Garriga, near Barcelona. “Only by choosing Negri Bossi can you be sure of making the best bet!” ran the slogan strategically placed at the entrance to the games room set up for this two-day open house. This served both to invite guests to have fun at the event but also, in particular, to underline in a light-hearted way the validity and reliability of the commercial and technical solutions provided by this Milan-based manufacturer.

The company was represented by president Matthew Galvez, sales director Tiziano Caprara and area manager Antonio Rampone, and the event was hosted by the branch manager Adolfo Ibanez and his entire team. The participants were impressed by the new facilities and were also introduced to the branch’s sales and technical staff.

The Multimat two-colour moulding machine was on display and the event also included the unveiling of the new Canbio ST (Servo Touch), whose hydraulic system and control unit have been upgraded with the aim of reducing consumption and noise levels and enhancing the machine’s efficiency and performance.

Unlike the previous version, the new Canbio ST uses a fixed displacement gear pump with an electric servo motor. This results in a simpler and more efficient system, which reduces pressure loss and thermal stress on the hydraulic system. Its other advantages include: shorter hydraulic system feedback times, a significant reduction in noise levels, and less power consumption.
