The merger between Frigel Firenze and Green Box was finally concluded and, with the last notarial deed signed on December 10, the two companies are now only one. All existing contracts in the name of Green Box will automatically be transferred to Frigel Firenze on January 1, 2021.

The Green Box headquarters in Piove di Sacco (Padua) therefore becomes a production facility of Frigel Firenze, the incorporating company. The Piove di Sacco plant is fully operational and works for its expansion are about to start. They will be completed in 2021 and will allow a significant increase in production capacity.
