Two days exceeding all expectations
The "Smart Plastic" event, organised by Campetella Robotic Center at its headquarters in Montecassiano (near Macerata, Italy) on September 19 and 20, were even more successful than expected: it consisted of two days dedicated to the most advanced handling technologies for injection moulding.
The event was attended by companies from over 10 countries and specialist of robotics, in-mould labelling, injection moulding machines, vision control, peripherals and polymers presented the most recent developments in their respective fields dedicated to this processing method.
"At a time of strong market evolution," runs a press release from the company, "speeding up innovation processes, this was an opportunity to appreciate the importance of collaboration between companies that goes beyond the usual and, now, obsolete customer-supplier relationship and to propose a form of “win-win” cooperation between the partners so as to take full advantage of everyone’s expertise in pursuing the ultimate goal”.
