Solutions for plastics and rubber

At Plast 2015, Rivi Magnetics presented solutions both for plastic materials and for rubber, thus providing further confirmation of the dynamic nature of its activity in recent years. The company presented various new developments, starting with its range of MC control units, able to reach the highest performance levels currently requested and to satisfy, in practice, any requirement, thanks to a high technological level that demands limited investment. It also provided a preview of its Force Evaluation System (FES) technology, which intervenes dynamically and is developed for touchscreen operator interfaces and for tablets. It can be connected to the outside world via Ethernet and allows remote servicing as well as the possibility of viewing, on a tablet, the status of multiple systems.

Plastic materials were the focus on an important new development: the combination of different types of pole on the same level. Indeed, the rigidity of the design with square poles can mean that  some areas are not covered by the magnetic poles. The long pole, on the other hand, has greater design flexibility and Rivi Magnetics is one of the few companies capable of integrating the two technologies - square pole and long pole - according to requirements. This makes it possible to obtain the power that best suits each individual application.

For the rubber sector, on the other hand, the company offers its patented Gemini systems which ensure rapid and secure anchoring of moulds on the machines for the moulding of rubber and TPE.
