Two Star Automation Europe robots in operation at Mecspe

Star Automation Europe will participate in Mecspe 2023 (BolognaFiere, 29-31 March), within the Eurostampi fair, exhibiting two robots to be installed at the factory of two partners. 

At the stand of Domatech, Star Automation Europe's agent for Emilia Romagna, Marche and Abruzzo regions, a production cell created in collaboration with the other companies represented by Domatech - BMB, Plastic Systems, Blauwer and Rivi Magnetics - will be exhibited including a ZXW-1000VI high-speed robot with Stec-520A controller installed on a BMB eKW25Pi press. The robot will perform pick-and-place operations from a 4-cavity New Tresing mould. In a 7-second cycle, the cell will produce reusable polypropylene cups with a capacity of 300 ml.

At the PPI stand, instead, an Es-1000II robot with Stec-NC2 controller will be incorporated on a Yizumi UN90A5 press to extract a polystyrene Venetian carnival mask from a single-cavity Stamec One mould in a cycle time of 22 seconds.
