The Moretto in Motion 2017 has begun

The motorhome of Moretto in Motion left on April 4 from the Moretto’s headquarter in Massanzago (Padua, Italy), starting the new 2017 tour. After a first stop in Slovenia at Formatool Exhibition centre from April 4 to 7, it will move towards Denmark, Poland and France. The stop in Denmark will be the occasion to show to local customers the innovative Moretto’s technology during the open houses organized by our distributor Saxe Hansen A/S.

The truck, equipped with the latest innovations for plastic automations, is a trump card that offers to potential customers the possibility to see with their own eyes some of the most exclusive products and automations among the company product range. Including feeding & conveying, drying, dosing, grinding, cooling and temperature control solutions, and the most innovative supervising system. A journey towards the cutting-edge Moretto OMS&P technology dedicated to the most curious visitors. This project makes Moretto proud as it gives the company the opportunity to bring its products to the converters’ sites as well as to meet them personally.

The mobile showroom includes One Wire 6, the first auto-adaptive system on the market, which, together with the Kasko receivers, Kruise Kontrol, the automatic manifold system Dolphin and FC cyclon filters, creates the most advanced feeding & conveying system for plastic materials on the market. Furthermore, the exclusive Eureka dehumidification system, which integrates the revolutionary Moretto drying system, Flowmatik, OTX and Moisture Meter, guarantees constant performances, certifiable quality, extreme flexibility and high efficiency, for a very high energy saving. The top products include Mini Dry Air, the small dryers dedicated to optical applications and to technical moulding. Inside the articulated lorry are showed also the DGM Gravix dosing units, reaching high-precision dosing even in micro-dosing (Rotopulse) and in presence of vibrations, and DVK Krystal, with a removable transparent hopper, easy to use and allowing for a direct percentage setting on Touch View. Finally there are the TE-KO temperature controllers, machines built with top quality components and designed to last over time, guaranteeing efficiency and absolute precision in the automatic temperature control.
