Fast cycle electric machine

BMB is going to exhibit at Fakuma (Friedrichshafen, October 13-17) an eKW28Pi/1300 fast cycle full electric machine that represents its complete range of highly efficient and low consuming presses. The company is going to showcase a 280-t machine together with a 4-cavity mould from Müller complete with an IML system incorporating a side entry robot, operating at a total cycle time of 4 seconds and achieving energy reduction of 40%. The machine will produce a rectangular PP lid with a weight of 8.2 g.
