The freshly redesigned coEX II extruder series is specially designed for the production of functional layers as well as colour stripes. Meanwhile, the latest generation of the patented helix II VSI extrusion die series ensures yet another optimized layer distribution and guarantees a smooth production process. Deposits in the die head are efficiently avoided, and material dwell and colour change times are reduced to a minimum. In particular, fast inline changes of strip geometries and -colour enable pipe manufacturers to optimize their production planning and save costs. The production of single-layer or multilayer pipes, as well as pipes with smooth or rippled inner surfaces, can also be realized without any problems.
