In this context, Colines announced that it has set a game-changing standard in the in-line production of coreless stretch film. Thanks to a special technology-kit, with fully pneumatic system airshafts, developed jointly with NoEl (which is part of the Colines Holding Group) and based on a historic patent of the company, ALLRollEX lines can guarantee the production of coreless film in line at over 500 m/min, with further significant improvements coming soon, on both 2-inches and 3-inch reels with all thickness-range.

Colines-NoEl technology guarantees an increase in production speed estimated of over 70% compared to competitors and resolves all the critical issues of low-reliability and low-speed of the current systems. Moreover, the quality of the finished product is also superior to those previously achieved thanks to Colines VPA (Virtual Production Assistant) Mastermind.
