Pubblicato il programma dell’edizione 2020 di VinylPlus Sustainability Forum, l’evento annuale organizzato da VinylPlus, l'impegno volontario per lo sviluppo sostenibile dell'industria europea del PVC, in programma a Firenze il 6 e il 7 Maggio.

L’evento, che ruoterà intono al tema #circularvinyl, riunirà rappresentanti dell’Unione Europea, delle Nazioni Unite, delle ONG, del mondo politico e accademico e dell'intera filiera del PVC e consentirà ancora una volta di condividere visioni e conoscenze sulle sfide, le opportunità e le politiche future che modelleranno l'industria del PVC. I partecipanti discuteranno come trasformare i progressi sulla sostenibilità del PVC in opportunità di business per l'intera industria del PVC verso il 2030 e oltre ed esamineranno il ruolo del PVC nell’edilizia sostenibile per la riprogettazione dell'ambiente urbano di domani con prodotti "verdi" certificati.

“Ci avviciniamo al culmine del nostro secondo impegno volontario decennale per lo sviluppo sostenibile e l'industria del PVC è sulla buona strada per raggiungere gli ambiziosi obiettivi di VinylPlus entro la fine di quest'anno. Ma il nostro duro lavoro continua. Il dinamico panorama politico europeo che include il Green Deal europeo, l'economia circolare, lo sviluppo sostenibile, i cambiamenti climatici, la perdita di biodiversità e molto altro rende i nostri sforzi ancora più rilevanti", ha dichiarato Brigitte Dero (nella foto a destra), direttore generale di VinylPlus.
