New corporate structure at Kiefel

Kiefel has been implementing a new corporate structure. The company has been organised, starting from 1st February 2010, into divisions designated "Automotive Industry", "Medical Industry", "Packaging Industry" and "After-Sales Service" respectively. The German manufacturer supplies technology to the car industry, specialising in the manufacture of vehicle interior-trim plastic components. As for the medical division, The company manufactures fully-automatic plastics welding lines based on HF or thermal contact technology, for the production of medical bags. The packaging division mainly focuses on high-performance automatic pressure forming machines and cup forming equipment. Thomas J. Halletz previously managing director for sales, has also taken on the responsibility for the technical department, previously run by Anton Huber; Peter Eisl is the new managing director of the commercial department.
