Sipa North America expands further

Sipa has announced its plans to further expand its US branch, Sipa North America, after its transfer to larger and more functional headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The unit is currently staffed by some thirty employees and has a spare parts warehouse that is operative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, capable of supplying more than 90% of components within 24 hours of the order. In the second half of 2013, a new centre for the refurbishing of injection moulds and hot runners will be developed. Services include Life-Cycle Service for PET-preform moulds, currently available only in Italy. This is a support package for customers which will improve the production efficiency of their equipment, the quality of their products, and the capabilities of their personnel.
