RadiciGroup strengthens its presence in China with innovation and circularity at Chinaplas 2026
In Shanghai at Chinaplas 2026, RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers is highlighting its innovative and sustainable materials, while strengthening its long-term commitment to one of the world’s most dynamic industrial markets. The group is presenting its latest portfolio of engineering polymers, with a strong focus on the circular economy, in support of key sectors such as automotive, e-mobility, electrical & electronics, industrial applications and consumer goods. Over the past 20 years in China, RadiciGroup has steadily expanded its footprint, anchored by its manufacturing centre in Suzhou, a 36,000-sqm LEED Gold-certified facility. This local presence enables rapid response times, tailored product development and close customer collaboration, reinforcing the Group’s position as a trusted partner in the region.
At the exhibition, RadiciGroup will showcase its leading materials, including Radilon, Radiflam, Raditeck, Raditer, Renycle and Bionside – well-established product families engineered to meet the evolving demands of high-performance applications. Noteworthy innovations for this year’s exhibition include advanced solutions for e-mobility, such as the low-migration FR-PA families Radiflam HFL and AF, new signal-orange-coloured products Radiflam KC HF and Raditer KC (high-CTI PBT family), and Radiflam Aestus T2 FR-PPA for high-temperature applications. What is more, Radilon D PA610 for extrusion (Bionside family), Raditeck P ERV impact-modified PPS family and Raditer B RVE300LT 3908 BK laser-transparent PBT.
Regarding engineering polymers containing recycled feedstock, the Group is also featuring the continued expansion of the Renycle product range. Visitors will discover how recycled materials can replace virgin polymers in specific demanding applications, offering both environmental benefits and technical excellence. The Renycle products are measured using the LCA methodology (Life Cycle Assessment), which evaluates the environmental impact during the life cycle, from the production of the primary raw materials (upstream) to the production of the compound (core process) and its packaging.
Building on its commitment to product sustainability, RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers is showcasing Bionside bio-based polyamides created using renewable raw materials primarily derived from the oil extracted from castor beans. The focal point will be PA610-based Radilon D (belonging to the Bionside family), valued for its low moisture absorption, superior chemical resistance and dimensional stability, and thus ideal for automotive cooling systems, as well as consumer goods.
“Our participation at Chinaplas reflects our commitment to going beyond the traditional role of a material supplier and serving as a trusted partner for our customers,” stressed Alberto Sessolo, country manager for China of RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers. “By leveraging our global expertise in sales, marketing, application development, technical service and R&D, we provide comprehensive support throughout the entire project lifecycle.”
