Sprue removal

Dega, headquartered in Iseo (Brescia, Italy), introduces a new solution at PLAST 2012 for removing sprues from injection moulds.
These new AVP manipulators (with gripping hand and vacuum unit) are also suitable for extracting finished products from the mould.The steel structure makes these manipulators unaffected by machine vibrations, keeping the grip point fixed and constant even with fast working cycles; pneumatic cushioned cylinders and appropriately sized solenoid valves significantly reduce the ejection cycle.
