"Ready-to-perform" program by Bandera: the SmartDuty plant to a new Italian customer

The SmartDuty PET foil extrusion plant by Bandera, whose construction began in mid-2021 to be available for delivery starting from the end of October, has been sold to a major Italian converter.

This line is part of the “Ready-to-Perform” production programme developed by the company headquartered in Busto Arsizio (near Varese), with the aim of manufacturing PET-PP foil plants ready for delivery to its customers. In the framework of this programme, Bandera has also launched the manufacturing of a new Alpha PET line which will be available for delivery starting from March 2022.

A new reference for Bandera, the purchaser of the SmartDuty plant is predominantly active in the thermoformed rigid food packaging sector. The delivery of the plant is scheduled for early November and the start-up by mid-December 2021.
