Syncro technical office passes under the management of Matteo Saponara, who takes over the position of Technical Director, a role held for 16 years by Paolo Rizzotti, who leaves the position due to retirement, but not the company, where he will assume the role of Research and Development Director. Years that Paolo Rizzotti has dedicated to achieving the highest levels of technical performance and teamwork based on people, roles, relationships, coordination, potential, and respect.

“This is it: I pass the baton to Matteo Saponara, Syncro's new Technical Director. To Matteo, I am handing over a role, an enviable technical department, a wealth of knowledge encapsulated in calculations and presentations, and all the machines that have come from my head and my studies. The intense preparation of the last year is for Matteo the run-up to taking the baton at full speed from me, his teammate. I would like to make a wish to Matteo: we have tried and tried again, your hand is there where I will place the baton on my hop. Don't look back, run your group as you know how and build our victory in your turn”, said Rizzotti.

“The time has come to continue a race full of technique and dynamism. Paolo is both a coach and a mentor, willing to share experience and knowledge, and always ready to listen. Over the last few years, we have worked together on sprints and races, and he has always involved me in order to prepare me in the best possible way for this goal", added Saponara.
