HT-Cooling joins the Galletti Group

HT-Cooling, a specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of industrial cooling systems, has officially joined the Galletti Group, an international leader in the HVAC sector. This strategic acquisition not only broadens the Galletti Group’s offering but also opens new market opportunities while providing HT-Cooling with access to the structural and financial strength of a family-owned business with over a century of experience in HVAC.

Since its establishment in 2022, HT-Cooling has quickly become a key partner for national OEMs in the plastics sector. With the support of Galletti, HT-Cooling will continue to grow, adding new professionals to strengthen its team and enhance its market presence. The acquisition of a majority stake in HT-Cooling was finalised in July.
