Gefran completes the acquisition of 100% of CZ Elettronica

Gefran has finalized the acquisition of 40% of the share capital of CZ Elettronica, a company operating in the industrial electronics sector, for a total consideration of 580,000 euros (paid in cash, using own funds). The transaction was completed through the exercise in advance of the purchase option already included in the agreements with the sellers, allowing Gefran to acquire 100% of the shares of CZ Elettronica and to fully consolidate its control.

Through this transaction, Gefran further strengthens its industrial and technological positioning, enhancing the skills and know-how of C.Z. Elettronica S.r.l. and encouraging greater strategic and operational integration within the Group. The acquisition forms part of Gefran's growth path, consistent with its development strategy aimed at strengthening its offering and consolidating its key competences.
