Barbara Ulcelli elected national Vice President of Confindustria Small Industry

Barbara Ulcelli (pictured), president of Confindustria Brescia Small Industry, has been appointed national Vice President of Confindustria Small Industry. The appointment was officially confirmed during the Central Council meeting of Small Industry, held on 22nd January at Confindustria's headquarters in Viale dell'Astronomia, Rome. In particular, the Brescia entrepreneur has been entrusted with responsibility for Culture, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability until 2029. Ulcelli has also been elected as Small Industry representative on Confindustria's General Council.

Born in Desenzano del Garda (Brescia, Italy), Barbara Ulcelli is president of IMG Macchine, a company specialising in the design and production of presses for elastomer and thermoplastic moulding, and vice president of Amaplast, the national association of manufacturers of machinery and equipment for plastics and rubber processing. Since May 2025, she has held the role of president of Confindustria Brescia Small Industry and is engaged in Confindustria's Business Culture technical group.

"This appointment, together with my election to Confindustria's General Council, represents for me an important recognition of the work carried out by our Association over these years at territorial level and an opportunity to strengthen, also at national level, the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises on strategic themes such as business culture, social responsibility and sustainability – fundamental levers for the competitiveness and development of our productive system," declared Barbara Ulcelli.
