After 40 years, Ulrich Reifenhäuser (pictured) is stepping down from his operational role as managing director of Reifenhäuser. The company announced this in a LinkedIn post, highlighting the dedication, commitment, passion and inspirational ability demonstrated by the manager over these decades, which have made him a leader not only for the company but for the entire plastics industry.

The post also emphasises the distinctive personal qualities of humanity that have always driven Ulrich Reifenhäuser, making him consistently available and genuinely interested in people, whether employees, partners or customers. Ulrich Reifenhäuser will continue as a member of the company's Board of Directors, offering his experience and support.

The Reifenhäuser Group confirms its identity as a family business led by CEO Bernd Reifenhäuser and CDO Jan Karnath, who joined the company in 2024 as the first representative of the fourth generation of the Reifenhäuser family.
