Hexpol acquires VTC TPE from Vita

The Swedish company Hexpol has come to an agreement with Vita Group to acquire, for a price of 35 million euro, VTC TPE Group, developer and manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomer compounds with production units in the UK and Sweden. The market for TPE compounding is undergoing great growth with interesting and increasing customer applications within the field of medical, industry and automotive. VTC TPE Group has 85 employees and an estimated annual turnover of approximately 33 million euro.
