Fluoropolymer blown film

A coextrusion line for fluoropolymer 3-layer blown film equipped with a 4-colour flexoprinting machine and a micro-embossing unit has recently been supplied by Dolci Extrusion, headquartered in Milan, to a Russian customer.
The coextrusion unit, fed by multiple gravimetric dosing units, features 3 radially-arranged extruders and a "pancake" head, which is the ideal solution for differentiating the temperature profile among the layers, which is fundamental in the extrusion of fluoropolymers.
