Electric blow moulding

The range of electric extrusion blow moulding machines from Magic MP includes models for the production of containers with capacity up to 30 litres, strokes up to 1,000 mm and clamping force from 12 to 500 kN. To reduce the power consumption, the energy accumulated during motor braking is used to generate more electricity for the supply circuit.
The configuration of each single machine can be varied according to productive and applicative requirements such as, for instance, containers with highly inclined (45° and over) necks or, if necessary, in-mould labelling.
