Luca Marchioro joins the technical team at Syncro
With more than 15 years’ experience in the plastics industry, Luca Marchioro has joined the technical team at Syncro Group, which is continuing its strategy to strengthen its position as a global reference partner in the field of auxiliary equipment and automation systems.
Luca Marchioro brings a deep technical background and a strong track record in innovation and process optimization. He began his career as a plant manager for centralized systems dedicated to the handling and conveying of plastic materials. Over the years, his responsibilities expanded to include the management of traditional dry air dehumidification systems, where he combined technical expertise with a constant drive for improvement. Building on this foundation, he contributed to research and development activities focused on high-efficiency vacuum dehumidification technologies, a field in where his work has been instrumental in pushing forward performance and energy efficiency standards. In recent years, his expertise has also embraced PET/rPET treatment systems, particularly in the decontamination from chemical agents and the enhancement of intrinsic viscosity. This specialization places him at the forefront of sustainability-driven innovation in plastics recycling and transformation.
“Joining Syncro Group represents an exciting new chapter for me,” said Luca Marchioro (on the left in the picture). “Syncro is recognized globally for its technological excellence, its commitment to automation, and its vision for a sustainable future. I am eager to contribute with my experience and passion to support the company’s growth and drive value for our customers worldwide.”
“We are very pleased to welcome Luca to our team. His technical knowledge, innovative mindset, and deep experience in both traditional and advanced dehumidification processes, as well as PET/rPET technologies, will provide a strong boost to our solutions and will further strengthen Syncro Group’s position as a global reference in intelligent and sustainable automation,” Gabriele Caccia (on the right in the picture), CEO of Syncro Group, added.
