Decorated capsules

The Servotube M3 and M4 machines built by Omso, headquartered in Reggio Emilia (Italy), for decoration of cylindrical capsules by direct printing provide results comparable to photographic images but at much lower costs.
These machines – some of which have recently been commissioned by Guala for its plants in Europe, Asia and Central America – can include up to 4 printing stations for screen and flexographic decoration and/or lacquering. Thanks to servo-assisted printing registers, very accurate colour matching is possible with very strict tolerances to assure the best quality also with halftones.
