CMS opens its new headquarters

On October 10 CMS will officially open its new headquarters in Zogno (near Bergamo, Italy), where the company has grouped all its engineering and manufacturing activities, which now occupy a surface area of over 30 thousand square metres. It is a state-of-the-art headquarters that stands out, among other things, for the environmentally sustainable solutions adopted and the quality of the working spaces, where around 500 employees will work.

The intention of CMS, through this considerable investment and its decision to prefer the geographical area from which it originates, is to underline its role as a vital business enterprise and source of jobs for the Valle Brembana area, and a pillar of the economy of the Bergamo area as a whole. The new headquarters is also a strategic element in the company’s bid to consolidate its position among the world’s top producers of multi-axis machining centres, thermoforming machines and waterjet cutting systems for the aerospace, automotive, marine, mechanical, and energy sectors, among others.

After the greetings from the company executives, the ceremony will proceed with the official ribbon cutting in the presence of representatives of the local institutional and political authorities, the blessing of the new headquarters, a cocktail reception and a guided tour of the company. The event will be rounded off with dinner and musical accompaniment.
