High-performance presses for the production of single-piece caps with built-in seal; innovative, flexible and modular cap inspection systems able to meet any quality control requirements directly on the line; moreover, labelling machines, with all the advantages of roll-fed technology, allowing heat-shrink labels to be applied directly from the roll of film. All these items are presented in the booth of Sacmi at the coming CBST (China International Beverage Exhibition on Science & Technology) to be held in Shanghai from 6th to 8th November.
A particular attention is devoted to the CCM48 SB machine, a 48-cavity single-piece cap press that offers exceptional cycle times (1.8 sec), excellent energy saving performance and, of course, very high output rates that can reach a maximum of 1,600 caps per minute.
Suitable for making all the main formats on the market, the CCM48 SB is particularly suitable for the production of single-piece HDPE caps with a diameter of 29 mm and weighing just 1.2 grams.
