Euroviti: plastic extrusion, innovation, and sustainability

In the heart of Lombardy’s mechanical industry, Euroviti was founded in 1992 in Cazzago San Martino (Brescia, Italy). Their initial philosophy, which they continue to uphold, goes beyond being a mere supplier of spare parts for extruders and presses. Euroviti aims to be a partner that helps solve problems and innovate production processes.

In 2016, Euroviti embarked on a digital journey to enhance customization services by introducing Vault Professional. This cutting-edge software system marked a significant turning point, allowing them to store an impressive collection of over 50,000 technical drawings that continues to grow. Thanks to this strategic move, data management became not only more efficient but also more dynamic. Leveraging this constantly updated digital tool to cross-reference information related to various screw profile designs or customized plasticization studies has become the beating heart of their technical office and research and development department. The result? Tailor-made solutions that not only address production challenges but also elevate quality performance. Innovation, cost savings, and customization are the keywords that describe Euroviti’s journey - an enterprise adept at turning challenges into concrete opportunities for its clients.

The recycling screw profiles, characterized by a barrier helix and a mixer, are designed in dozens of variants for both extrusion and injection sectors. These profiles enable customers to increase the percentage of recycled materials in plasticization processes, reduce cycle times, and lower operating temperatures. The continuous development and improvement of HPE recycling products for extrusion and the HPB recycling screw dedicated to injection moulding demonstrate Euroviti’s commitment to providing products that not only meet market demands but also contribute to environmental sustainability. As evidence of their vision and dedication to a circular economy and recycling, Euroviti was the first company in its sector to participate in PRS Europe in 2023. This year, they will also be present at Hall 11/Stand L22, showcasing two screws with profiles designed for regenerated polymers - one for extrusion and one for injection moulding.

Another essential product range that has characterized Euroviti’s technical expertise since its inception is screws and cylinders for twin-screw extruders: co-rotating and counter-rotating, both parallel and conical. Over the years, supply possibilities for these products have evolved in step with the types of polymers and compounds processed using these extruders, selecting steels and treatments aligned with production needs.

In conclusion, Euroviti exemplifies how the world of plastics and a commitment to sustainability can go hand in hand.
