AlphaMAC was incorporated to the IMA Group at the end of 2020, consolidating its technological growth and financial strength, and offering customers a measurable and tangible solidity and continuity for the future. The multitude of technological services available and the strong IMA commitment into Innovation is a real booster for any division of the Group and after 3 years, despite the difficulties of the pandemic and the worldwide lack of electronic components availability, AlphaMAC can count with more than 35 machines in production in 11 countries and a global technical support with local presence in the United States, in UAE, and in Russia to better support customers in these areas.

Not only the company has recently moved into a new production plant, with an assembling area of 6.000 square meters to be able to respond to the growing demand of machines, allowing to assemble up to 14 machines, with 4 machines in production at the same time, AlphaMAC has also entered the US market with a local sales, after market, parts and service branch in Boston (Massachusetts), to ensure that customers have access to the technical expertise and spare parts they need to maintain and repair their machines. With this approach, AlphaMAC aims to extend its global presence and to build valuable partnerships and networks for the future in this strategical market area.

The solutions offered by the company cover most of the extrusion blow-moulding applications on the market and the range of fully electric machines was further extended with now 13 different models available, designed to meet all production capacities requirements, with single and double shuttle versions, strokes from 500 mm to 1,400 mm and clamping units assuring from 12 up to 50 tons.

The development of integrated total quality control systems is also a continuous focus for AlphaMAC, with many different solutions based on the container produced, and these systems are crucial for delivering zero defects in an industrial production. They help to identify and eliminate defects at each stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring that the final product meets the required specifications and standards and they allow a significant impact on industrial costs.
