Doors open to recycling at Plasmac

Joint venture between the Italian Syncro and the Austrian Erema, Plasmac manufactures machinery and equipment for the recovery of industrial plastic waste. The company is opening its doors to recycling technology at its headquarters in Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy) from March 22 to 24.

During the three days of this open house event, different compact solutions developed by the manufacturer are proposed for the direct recycling and regeneration of industrial scrap, from granulation to grinding according to the material and the application. In particular, machines from the Alpha, Epsilon, Omega and Powerfeed series are on display.

The new XS model for direct extrusion, based on the "short screw" technology, belongs to the Alpha series, whose best features are a footprint of 0.6 square meters, an output of about 50 kg/h and a power of 11 kW.
