In the Moulds&Assembly division, based in Fubine (Alessandria, Italy), many multi-cavity moulds have been designed and manufactured for the production of tubes, vials and items that will be used in this delicate phase of the fight against Covid-19.The pressing demand from this sector has found the ideal partner in Gefit, thanks to its wide range of technical solutions.

The injection moulds are designed and manufactured to achieve increasingly efficient cycle times, also through the use of electric drives and motors instead of traditional oil systems, and such as to make these systems particularly suitable for operating in specific medical environments or in clean rooms, where cleanliness, speed and precision are fundamental elements of the production process.
