Full speed bags

Mobert (stand C 101/D 102, hall 15) will be exhibiting three bag production lines at Plast 2015. The 110 Roller SHP 2M Cart is able to produce, on several tracks, shopping bags and bottom-sealed bags wound onto a cardboard core. The innovation featured by this line is the presence of patented systems for controlling both the tension of each individual track in operation and the through-cut die-cutting system, thanks to which it is possible to work on as many as four tracks simultaneously, without affecting the quality of the finished product.

The Nastrosac 110/4M line for the production of rolls of open-mouthed bags with a ribbon for drawstring  closure has been implemented with new solutions that further increase the quality of the product, which is secured with paper tape, and the productivity, which reaches a top rate of 300 cycles per minute.

Finally, the 80 Gamma 8 line, for the production of shopping bags and open-mouth bags in  polyethylene and biodegradable film, is equipped with a track control system that makes it possible to work in register print mode also starting from separate reels. This line, extremely versatile and very simple to use, is the ideal solution for the production of small lots of customised bags. The Gamma 80, which flanks the Delta 110/130 for achieving high production volumes, can reach rates of over 300 cycles/minute on three or four tracks.

Mobert’s range also includes the MPP line, equipped with patent-protected innovative systems for the production of pouch-type bags (with barrier film) for the food and medical sectors.
