Plasmatreat Italia at Mecspe 2025 with sustainable plasma treatment

The Italian subsidiary of the German Plasmatreat, Plasmatreat Italia, will be exhibiting at Mecspe 2025 (Bologna, 5-7 March) various solutions for surface treatment with environmentally friendly atmospheric pressure plasma.
A particular highlight will be the Plasma Treatment Unit (PTU), a state-of-the-art system that can be used for in-line surface treatment in production processes or as a stand-alone system with Openair-Plasma, celebrating 30 years of industrial use in 2025, and PlasmaPlus. These technologies provide precise pretreatment, cleaning, activation and coating of a wide range of materials in a variety of applications. In general, only compressed air and electricity are required to generate plasma. Openair-Plasma has been successfully integrated into industries such as automotive, electronics, appliance and life sciences for years and is used in numerous applications such as bonding headlight housings, displays or printing control panels and medical devices.
