Agreement between FB Balzanelli and Mazzoni

A commercial and technical cooperation agreement has been signed by FB Balzanelli and Mazzoni establishing a group offering automatic and semiautomatic winders for a number of applications and supplying convenient after-sales and technical assistance. According to the agreement, FB Balzanelli becomes the exclusive distributor for the Italian and foreign market of the whole range of winders of Mazzoni at Morrovalle (Macerata). In this way both companies, which in recent years has pursued a consistent development reaching an excellent product quality, aim at consolidating their positions on the national and international market.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
