Rapid: end of restructuring process

Rapid announced that it has successfully completed the restructuring process which the company began in November 2009. This restructuring process only affected Rapid's Swedish operation provided for protection against old debts under Swedish law while allowing it to continue normal business operations.
Chris Kellet, managing director at Rapid, stated that it has been a challenging but highly constructive process which permitted the company to be better positioned in the global market.
In 2010 Rapid has seen a strong rebound in sales which means that the company is quietly confident about the market outlook.
