Multilayer PET sheet

From December 13 to 23, Bandera of Busto Arsizio (Varese, Italy) demonstrates a complete extrusion line in operation at its factory for producing multilayer APET and CPET sheet. The line is conceived for PET direct extrusion without dehumidification and crystallization, with a gas injection system to obtain foamed sheets from post-consumer recycled flakes.
For the manufacturer, the line - which has already been sold in Europe for food packaging - represents the starting point for the development of solutions for processing structural foams and biodegradable PLA-based materials.
