Pre-filled syringes

For the production of pre-filled syringes, Brevetti Angela proposes the new range of Syfpac Secureject machines with BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) technology, which combines different steps into a single process: blow moulding, needle assembly, syringe filling with the medical solution, insertion of the pre-sterilized plunger and forming of the hermetic plastic covers for protection of the two ends.
The entire process takes approximately 15-20 seconds, during which the exposed parts of the syringe, as well as the plunger and needle, are bathed in a sterile air jet to ensure aseptic assembly and filling in aseptic conditions.
