New automatic hardness tester for Shore and IRHD hardness measurements

Gibitre Instruments presents the new Automatic Hardness Tester in Drive version with interchangeable measuring heads for Shore Hardness and IRHD measurements.

The instrument consists of a motorized stand equipped with a Digital Display for stand-alone use and can be configured as needed, applying measuring heads for different hardness scales, the Control Software and different Sample Holders for tests on specific products.

The measuring heads that can be applied to the automatic hardness tester are Shore (A, D, 00, Micro) and IRHD (Micro, N, L, H) and are fully compliant with the requirements of international standards.

The measuring heads are quickly interchangeable, allowing the user to configure the instrument in seconds for the required scale.

The stand for attaching the heads is motorized and allows for automatic multiple tests at different points on the specimen.

The built-in Digital Display allows the instrument to be used in stand-alone mode and directly display test results.

For a more sophisticated control of the instrument and to ensure traceability of all results produced, Gibitre Hardness Check Software in version 10 is available, which allows identification and archiving of results and curves, production of reports and labels, verification of compliance of results with tolerance limits, and statistical analysis.

ISO 17025 Accredited calibration can be carried out either at the site by Gibitre's Accredited laboratory or on site.
