Turret winder

Dolci Extrusion, based in Milan (Italy), has announced the live demonstration of a 7-layer stretch film plant equipped with the new ARX winder which can reach a speed of 800 m/min.
The winder features 3 winding axes, and a side pusher unloads the reels supporting them from below, thus preventing damage to the edges of thin film reels. The winder can produce machinable and manual reels with a diameter up to 440 mm for lines having a width of 3 or 4 m (twin winders) or 2 m (single winder).
