Rotogravure inopen house

From 15-17 October, Bobst Italia (a company of the Bobst group) is opening the doors of its San Giorgio Monferrato facilities (Alessandria, Italy) where it is exhibiting two rotogravure printing lines: Rotomec 4003HS with shaftless rollers and Rotomec MW (minimized waste) 80; it also is unveiling the Bobst CL 850 laminating system.
The Rotomec 4003HS line, in particular, can reach speeds of up to 500 m/min and the absence of shafts allows quick production changes. The new Twin Trolley system allows better management of inks, shorter setup times and less waste. All this translates into less consumption of inks and solvents and fewer off-line operations, and therefore greater application flexibility, making this the ideal solution for printing flexible packaging.
