PE Takes the Field at Euro 2012

The 2012 UEFA European Football Championship has provided an opportunity for Rehau, German manufacturer of radiant heating systems for buildings, to take the field with its system of pipes for heating the turf on football pitches.
The Rautherm pipes are made from PE-Xa, a highly resistant polymer material with excellent mechanical properties, and they allow a football pitch to be used 365 days a year, avoiding the postponement of games due to poor weather conditions, ice and flooding, maintaining the permeability of the surface.
