Large grinding chamber

The TRM range of single-shaft shredders, recently exhibited by CMG at the Ecomondo fair (Rimini, Italy, 7-10, November), features a patented cutting system capable of processing different types of waste materials (electrical cables, carpeting, LLDPE, HDPE, PA, ABS etc.) with a single cutting rotor configuration. In particular, the TRM1500-58K model - the latest addition to this range - has a large grinding chamber measuring 1500x1500mm. One strength of single-shaft shredders is their ability to process ferrous materials; these materials often damage traditional blade-type machines, which then need costly technical interventions. The ground material simply has to undergo an iron removal stage in order to obtain a "safe" pre-ground material for the next refining step in a blade-type grinder. The TRM1500-58K model is equipped with two drives (55+55 kW or 75+75 kW), making it an efficient, balanced and reliable machine.
